Constantinos Melachrinos

Constantinos Melachrinos, PhD, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at the European Union Agency for Asylum since September 2019. Prior roles include Research Officer and Research Assistant at the same agency, Quantitative Researcher at Hellas Direct, and Data Scientist at The Cyprus Institute. Previous academic contributions include teaching at Cyprus University of Technology and conducting postdoctoral research at IMBB-FORTH, where projects focused on memory and learning mechanisms in the brain. Research experience extends to significant roles at CERN and the South Pole Telescope, contributing to high-energy physics experiments and advancements.
