Konstantina Panagiotou

Konstantina Panagiotou is an R&D Program Manager and Researcher at eBOS Technologies Ltd, leading efforts to secure funding through competitive research proposals across multiple Horizon Europe projects. As a Visiting Lecturer at European University Cyprus, Konstantina teaches several courses in electrical engineering and supervises student research projects. Konstantina co-founded Way Out Escape Rooms, where gamification techniques were developed to enhance teamwork skills and oversees the business's marketing strategy. Previous experience includes roles as a Principal Analyst/Technical Proposal Writer at Eight Bells, a Special Scientist/Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cyprus, and a Research Associate at Hockerton Housing Project. Konstantina's academic credentials include a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, an MSc from Imperial College London, and an undergraduate degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
