Thomas Rieger

Thomas Rieger is a seasoned expert in innovation, strategy, and development within the fields of sport and health, currently serving as Senior Expert and Professor of Sport Management at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences since 2007. Rieger has held significant leadership roles, including Founding Dean and Dean of the Faculty of Sports, Media & Event, overseeing programs in sport and event management. Additional contributions include membership on the Jury for the FIBO Innovation & Trend Award and visiting professorships focused on fitness management at multiple universities, along with past chairmanship at EuropeActive, a leading health and fitness organization.
