Prof. Dr. Thomas Bode

Prof. Dr. Thomas Bode is a distinguished academic and legal professional, currently serving as a Professor and Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Regulatory Offences at Hochschule für Polizei und öffentliche Verwaltung Nordrhein-Westfalen since August 2017. In addition, Prof. Dr. Bode has been engaged in research as a Habilitand at European University Viadrina since August 2012. Prior experience includes legal practice as an attorney and various roles in legal consultancy and management in multiple organizations from 2015 to 2017. Prof. Dr. Bode holds advanced degrees in law from prominent universities, including a focus on criminal law during doctoral studies at European University Viadrina from 2005 to 2012.
