Deidra Green

Deidra Green has a diverse work experience. Deidra currently works at European Wax Center as the Director of DE&I. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Manager of DE&I within the same organization. Before joining European Wax Center, Deidra worked as a Field Training Manager for the company from 2020 to 2023, and as a Regional Trainer from 2018 to 2020. In 2015, they owned The Skin Bar and served as a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist. Deidra also worked at Morgan Stanley as a Director in 2014 and at Chloe + Isabel Inc. as a Merchandiser from 2014 to 2015. Deidra Green's education history includes obtaining a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University in 2022. Prior to that, they earned an M.B.A from Walden University between 2011 and 2013. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Broadcasting, Telecommunications and Mass Media, which they received from Temple University from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including the Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) from HRCI in 2023 and a Licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist qualification from the State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation in May 2011.
