Doug Lemaster

Doug LeMaster, PMP, ITIL V3 Expert, CSQA, CLSS has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Doug has held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Data Engineering and Corporate Applications at European Wax Center, where they managed teams responsible for data engineering, business intelligence, and IT service management. Prior to this, they worked at Signify Health as the Director of Site Reliability Engineering and Release Management, where they implemented initiatives that saved the company $1.8 million per month. LeMaster also served in the US Air Force Reserve, holding roles such as Operations Management Officer and Executive Officer/Ass't to Director of Staff. Additionally, they have experience at companies such as Sabre Corporation, Entrust Datacard, McAfee (Part of Intel Security), LexisNexis, and FBL Financial Group, Inc. in various director-level positions focused on IT service management, project management, quality assurance, and process engineering.

Doug LeMaster earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 1981 to 1994. In 2000 to 2002, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. In 2001 to 2003, they received a Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management (ITSM) from Loyalist College. Doug furthered their education in management by completing the Squadron Officers School from Air University in 2003 to 2004 and the Air Command and Staff College from 2010 to 2011. In terms of certifications, Doug LeMaster is a Certified Software Quality Analyst, Certified Lean Six Sigma, ITIL V3 Expert, ITIL Service Manager, and a Project Management Professional.
