Lisa Kern

Lisa Kern has a diverse work experience, starting in 1998 as a Surgery Scheduler at Banis-Derr, Center for Plastic Surgery. Lisa then worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Optical Dynamics Corporation, managing marketing campaigns and reporting to senior management. Lisa also served as an Administrative Assistant at Deloitte and Touche, LLP. Lisa later held roles at The Hair Design School and PJ's College of Cosmetology, where they were responsible for student services and later became a Campus Director. Lisa was also a Team Evaluator at NACCAS - National Accrediting Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences. Lisa then worked at Ideal Image as a Lead Sales Consultant. Lisa's most recent positions include Regional Sales Manager at PJ's College of Cosmetology and Director of Operations at European Wax Center, where they oversee diverse teams, manages sales and profit expectations, and implements operational strategies for growth.

Lisa Kern attended Jefferson Community College in Kentucky, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Lisa then obtained their Instructors License from PJ's College of Cosmetology, specializing in Cosmetology, Barber/Styling, and Nail Instruction. Furthermore, they acquired a Cosmetology License from The Hair Design School, with a focus on Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General.
