Tracy Keyes

Tracy Keyes is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in messaging and infrastructure engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at European Wax Center since November 2019, Tracy previously held roles as an Enterprise Messaging Administrator at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation and as a Channel Sales Engineer at McAfee, where responsibilities included managing channel partners and providing extensive training on various McAfee products. Earlier in the career, Tracy worked as a Messaging Engineer for major companies such as American Airlines, PepsiCo, and HP, demonstrating expertise in managing large-scale Exchange environments. Tracy began the professional journey as an Exchange Support Engineer at Software Spectrum and holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
