Annette Printz Nielsen

Annette Printz Nielsen is a seasoned fintech lawyer with extensive experience in technology and regulatory matters. Currently serving as a Partner at Bird & Bird since June 2018, Annette holds the position of Danish Head of the Financial Services Sector Group, providing expertise in drafting and negotiating various IT contracts. Annette also acts as a Senior Associate and Danish Country Ambassador for the European Women Payments Network since March 2019. Previously, Annette was Vice President and General Counsel at Banking Circle, where responsibilities included managing a legal team and addressing regulatory challenges such as PSD2 and GDPR. Earlier career roles include Attorney at Kromann Reumert with a focus on IT and outsourcing law, Assistant Lecturer at the University of Copenhagen, and various student assistant positions. Annette obtained a Master's degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen and another from the University of Sydney.
