Rafael Shilhav

Rafael Shilhav has a wealth of experience in the field of communications, policy development, and legal research. With a background in international law, Rafael has worked with various organizations such as Oxfam International, CIDSE, and the Norwegian Refugee Council. Rafael has also contributed their expertise as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Tel Aviv University and as a Visiting Research Fellow at Columbia University in the City of New York. Currently serving as the Director of Communications, Membership, and Outreach at the European Youth Forum, Rafael continues to make a significant impact in the areas of advocacy and policy development.
