James Kelly is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various senior roles. Currently serving as General Counsel at Eurostar since June 2019, James previously held multiple positions at Thomas Cook from June 2015 to April 2019, including Head of Compliance and Group Senior Legal Counsel. Earlier in his career, James worked at Danone as Legal Counsel and at Cancer Research UK as a Legal Adviser. Additional experience includes a role as Solicitor at Ingram Winter Green LLP and as Trainee and Solicitor at Ross & Craig. James holds a BA in English Literature and French from the University of Birmingham, with additional studies at Université de Franche-Comté in France, and completed legal training at the College of Law.
