Sourashe Debela

Sourashe Debela is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including transportation and technology. Currently at Eurotech since June 2022, Sourashe leads projects related to innovative embedded products and solutions. Previous roles include serving as a Senior Project Manager at Scheidt & Bachmann USA, where Sourashe managed a $63M fare collection project, and as a Technical Advisor for the Ethiopian Transport Ministry, leading feasibility studies for new rail lines. With expertise in project control management for significant railway projects, Sourashe has held key positions at SYSTRA and SYSTRA USA, overseeing technical and integration aspects of major transit systems. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science degree from Andrews University, a Bachelor of Science from the University of Eastern Africa, and a Project Management Certificate from George Mason University.
