Aron Solt has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008. Aron began their career at Unilever as an Assistant Management Accountant, where they supported functional departments in meeting financial information needs. At Lufthansa, they held various roles, including Business Analyst, Sales Support Specialist, Head of Business Intelligence & Market Steering, and Director of Product and Service Digitalization. In these roles, they were responsible for performance management, sales activities, business intelligence, market steering, and software development projects. At JLL, Aron served as the Director of Sales Intelligence, where they developed reporting concepts, implemented KPIs, and generated client-focused business insights. Currently, in 2023, they are working at Eurowings Digital as the Project Lead for Multi-Marketplace Strategy & Implementation.

Aron Solt completed their M.Sc. degree in Engineering and Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Budapest, Hungary. Aron attended the university from 2002 to 2008, focusing on the field of Corporate Finance. In 2005 and 2006, Aron participated in the Erasmus Scholarship program at Vitus Bering Denmark in Horsens, Denmark. This program offered business courses taught in English, although they did not obtain a specific degree during this time.

Additionally, Aron Solt holds certifications in data science and agile methodologies. Aron obtained the following certifications: "Tableau 20 Advanced Training: Master Tableau in Data Science" and "Tableau 2020 A-Z: Hands-On Tableau Training for Data Science" from Udemy in February and March 2022, respectively. In December 2020, they completed the "Data Science A-Z™: Real-Life Data Science Exercises Included" course, also from Udemy. Furthermore, Aron obtained the "Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist" certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2019.
