Eva Maria Weidner

Eva-Maria Weidner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Eva-Maria began their career in 2010 at Lufthansa as a Manager in the Airline Group, Alliances & Integration, where they worked until January 2014. From there, they joined concepts-w as a Change Consultant and Business Coach from October 2014 to April 2017. Eva-Maria then moved on to Swiss International Air Lines in August 2016, where they held the position of Head of Global Sales Communication & B2B Sales Promotion, Training & Change Management until August 2021. In 2020, they joined Lufthansa Group as a Project Lead for Change & Communication in Commercial Restructuring from September 2020 to August 2021, and also worked as the Lead for Commercial Crisis Communication from March 2020 to August 2021. Currently, Eva-Maria Weidner is working at Eurowings Digital, where they started in March 2022 as the Interim Lead for Operations & People, before being promoted to the Head of People & Communication in February 2023.

Eva-Maria Weidner has a Diploma in Business Administration, Labor & Organizational Psychology from Goethe University Frankfurt. Eva-Maria also has a Master's Degree in Business Coaching & Change Management from Euro-FH Europäische Fernhochschule Hamburg. In 2001, they attended Colorado Mountain College for Business English studies. Prior to that, they obtained their Abitur from Grimmelshausen Gymnasium Gelnhausen in 2001. Additionally, they have a certification as an NLP Coaching Practitioner from SHS CONSULT GmbH, which they obtained in July 2016.
