Philipp Rosenbaum

Philipp Rosenbaum is an experienced Senior UX Researcher currently working at Eurowings Digital since September 2023. Previously, Philipp held the position of UX Researcher at C&A from September 2022 to August 2023 and worked in various roles at REWE digital from August 2019 to July 2022, including Junior UX Researcher. Academic contributions include a Lehrbeauftragter role in Destinationsmanagement at the University of Applied Sciences Europe between April 2017 and August 2019. Philipp's expertise in customer segmentation was developed during a project at SunExpress, and earlier experience includes working as a Werkstudent in eConsulting at TWT Online Marketing GmbH and managing online marketing for SKR Reisen GmbH. Philipp began the professional journey with a Bachelor of Science in International Management for Service Industries from the University of Europe for Applied Sciences and earned a Master of Science in E-Business from Hochschule Niederrhein. Current studies are ongoing in Innovation Management at Stellenbosch University and Les Roches.
