Matt Stapf

Matt Stapf is a highly experienced aerospace and satellite communications professional currently serving as a Senior Antenna Field Engineer at Eutelsat OneWeb since November 2023. Prior positions include Principal Operations Systems Engineer and Principal Engineer, Field Operations at Mangata Networks, and Chief Engineer at SES Networks. Matt has also held roles in satellite network development at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a Principal Site Systems Engineer at OneWeb. Early career experience includes significant positions at O3b Networks, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing gateway infrastructure operations and leading ground operations as well as systems engineering. Matt's foundational experience includes a role as Principal Mission Manager at Orbital Sciences and as a Satellite Communications Operator/Maintainer in the US Army.
