Michael Cooke

Michael Cooke has a work experience that spans over a decade. Michael worked at OneWeb as a Principal Gateway Engineer from August 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Senior Ground Support Engineer at OneWeb from February 2021 to August 2022. Before joining OneWeb, Michael worked at RigNet for several roles including Service Delivery Engineer from March 2018 to October 2020, Sr Operational Excellence Engineer from August 2014 to March 2018, Vsat Engineer/Operations Team Lead from April 2013 to August 2014, and Vsat Engineer from June 2010 to April 2013. Michael also briefly served as a Field Engineer at RigNet from February 2010 to June 2010. Their earliest work experience was as a Marine Electronics Engineer at SELEX Communications from September 2006 to February 2010.

Michael Cooke attended Hebburn Comprehensive from 1997 to 2002. Michael then went on to study at South Tynesie College from 2002 to 2003, earning a GNVQ in Electronic & Electrical Engineering. Michael continued their education at South Tyneside College from 2003 to 2006, obtaining an HND in Marine Engineering.
