Micky Khurana

Micky Khurana has a strong background in compliance and ethics, with extensive experience in notable companies. Micky currently serves as the VP Global Compliance at OneWeb, where they oversee trade compliance, US government security agreements, and anti-corruption efforts. Prior to that, they worked at Meta (formerly Facebook) as the Head of Regional Ethics & Compliance - EMEA, where they focused on anti-corruption, antitrust, conflicts of interest, and sanctions. Micky also held various compliance and ethics roles at Diageo, including interim Global Compliance & Ethics Director and Compliance & Ethics Manager. Additionally, they have experience in internal audit at Diageo and finance at The Walt Disney Company. Before that, Micky worked as a Financial Analyst at Peabody Trust and as an Audit Supervisor at Deloitte UK.

Micky Khurana obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Political Science and Government from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1992 and 1995. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, Khurana pursued a professional qualification in Accountancy, specifically Chartered Accountant, at ICAEW. Later on, between 2015 and 2018, Khurana attended Birkbeck, University of London, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree specializing in Corporate Governance & Business Ethics.
