Prior to their current role, Lap worked at Intelsat for over a decade. During their time there, they held various positions including Sales Director and Manager of Commercial Ground Systems. Lap excelled in building partnerships with customers and designing cost-effective networks. Lap also has experience as a Senior Network Engineer, where their responsibilities included designing and troubleshooting video systems for high-profile events such as the Olympics and World Cup.
