Ricardo R. has over a decade of work experience in various HR roles. Ricardo is currently working as the HR Director at Eutelsat Group Americas since July 2023. Before that, they served as the Deputy Director HR at the same company from June 2022 to October 2023. Prior to Eutelsat, Ricardo worked as the HR Manager - Mexico & Colombia at Edwards Lifesciences from April 2019 to June 2022. Ricardo also worked as an HR Business Partner at Beiersdorf México from March 2017 to March 2019. Ricardo's experience also includes positions at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, NESTLE MEXICO, and Ixe Grupo Financiero.

Ricardo R. has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Universidad Tecmilenio. Ricardo attended the university from 2019 to 2020. Before that, from 2007 to 2011, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Commercial Relations from Instituto Politécnico Nacional, focusing on Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales. In addition to their formal education, Ricardo R. has obtained several certifications, including "Time Management," "Emotional Intelligence," "The Art of Effective Communication (M)," and "Goal Setting" from CrossKnowledge. Ricardo also holds the "AMIB Fig. 1" certification from CNBV, which they earned in June 2011.
