Jenni Wilkes

Jenni Wilkes has extensive experience in HR and talent development. Jenni is currently working at EV Cargo as the Head of Recruitment and Talent Development. Prior to that, they held roles as a Head of HR and HR Manager at the same company. Before joining EV Cargo, they worked as an HR Consultant at Allport Cargo Services. Jenni also has a strong background in employee relations and consulting, having worked at Dixons Carphone as an Employee Relations Partner and HR Consultant. Their earlier career includes roles as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, and HR Case Advisor at Accenture.

Jenni Wilkes earned a post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of Wolverhampton between 2006 and 2009.
