Sandy Chan

Sandy Chan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sandy started their career as a Flight Attendant at Cathay Dragon in 2000. Sandy then transitioned into the field of human resources and held various HR roles in different companies. From 2005 to 2012, they worked as an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Gainplus International Investment Limited, where they managed all-round HR duties for a small-sized company. Sandy then joined LeapFrog in 2012 as a Senior Human Resources Officer, where they gained formal HR experience and handled a wide range of HR functions and projects. In 2015, they worked as an Office Manager at Haitong International Securities Group and as a Senior Manager of Human Resources at 資訊1800, a telecommunications company. In 2020, they became the General Manager of HR and Administration for South China at EV Cargo, leading a team and providing HR and administration support to multiple regions. In 2022, they took on the roles of Vice President of People & Administration, Asia, and Vice President of HR & Administration for Hong Kong and South China at EV Cargo. Sandy's expertise lies in organizational structure review, HR best practices, recruitment, training and development, employee relations, and administration.

Sandy Chan completed a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Warnborough College from 2006 to 2008.
