Bill Leblanc

Bill LeBlanc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy innovation and electrification. Currently serving as Chief Catalyst at ev.energy since February 2024, Bill is focused on integrating electric grid requirements with customer needs and vehicle charging. As President of both LeBlanc Energy Innovation and Boulder Energy Group since 2022 and 2005 respectively, Bill has been influential in driving energy efficiency and electrification initiatives. Previously, Bill held the role of Chief Instigation Agent at E Source from 2013 to 2022, leading new product development and collaborating with utilities on customer-facing programs. Bill's career began at Pacific Gas and Electric Company in 1984, where contributions included managing load management programs. Bill holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
