Padmaja Bandi has a diverse work experience in the field of AI and Automation consultancy and presales. Padmaja is currently working as an AI and Automation Consultant - Presales at EVA.AI | Powering HR 4.0, where their responsibilities include assisting potential customers in adopting AI and automation solutions, advising and demonstrating tailored solutions, and identifying processes suitable for automation. Prior to this, they were a Presales Manager at CalibreCode Solutions.

Padmaja also worked at Indium Software as a Team Lead - Presales from 2018 to 2022, and at SPi Global as a Business Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Padmaja started their career at Sensiple as a Presales Support and Research Analyst from 2014 to 2017.

Throughout their career, Padmaja has gained expertise in presales, consultancy, and business analysis, and has shown a strong commitment to helping organizations find innovative and productive solutions.

Padmaja Bandi pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communications from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Sales from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, spanning the period from 2012 to 2014.

Furthermore, they obtained the certifications of "Sales Enablement Strategies" and "Inbound Certification" from HubSpot in March 2019 and March 2016, respectively.
