Mina Fathi

Mina Fathi is a seasoned Maintenance Manager at EVA Cosmetics in Egypt, with a tenure beginning in July 2013. With extensive experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, Mina has held various roles including Head of Maintenance, Supervisor Electrical Maintenance Engineer, and Senior Electrical Engineer. Key responsibilities include managing reliability programs for production equipment, troubleshooting defects, and developing preventive maintenance plans. Prior to EVA Cosmetics, Mina worked at Mansour Group as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer and held the position of Electrical Manager at al-ahram for trading and industrials, demonstrating a strong track record in maintenance management and operational efficiency. Mina began the career in electrical maintenance at New Hover Co. and Smart Furniture, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Technology from South Valley University in 2007.
