Vaishali Pillai

Vaishali Pillai began their work experience in 2015 as a Horse Riding Instructor at KCG College of Technology. Vaishali then moved on to Zoho Corporation in 2017, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer until 2018. In 2018, they joined Freshworks as a Product Specialist and remained with the company until 2020. Currently, they are employed at Chargebee as a Customer Success Manager, starting in October 2021.
