America Garcia has worked in four different companies since 2017. In Hydrosuministros Inteligentes, they worked as an Executive of Sales Jr., where they were responsible for prospecting potential customers, following up with customers in the sales funnel and training the sales personnel. Additionally, they collaborated in the consolidation of a commercial contract with Colgate Palmolive. In 2020, they worked as a Key Accounts Manager at GRANDI Asesores Patrimoniales. In 2021, they worked at wherEX as a Customer Success Manager Jr. and Customer Success Executive, where they were responsible for capturing suppliers focused on new categories and tenders, obtaining offers for strategic tenders and/or long-term management to ensure the highest possible award rate, and planning and managing capture campaigns. Finally, they currently work at Eva as a Customer Success Specialist, where they are responsible for managing a medium customer portfolio, ensuring the use of the EVA PACS platform, and ensuring customer success with the use of EVA PACS.
