Florence Rivat

Florence Rivat has extensive work experience in legal roles. From 2019 to present, they served as Head of Legal at Evaneos. Prior to that, they were Head of Legal at Mirakl from 2018 to 2019. From 2009 to 2018, Florence worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Sisley Paris, where they managed international projects, handled logistics reorganization, and oversaw distribution networks. Florence also provided daily support to operations and handled corporate matters. Before that, they held legal counsel positions at Rexel, Quick, Danone Waters, and Look Voyages. At Rexel, Florence focused on industry-commerce relations, while at Quick, they handled legal matters from 2004 to 2008. At Danone Waters, they served as Legal Counsel from September 2003 to May 2004. Lastly, they also worked briefly as a Legal Counsel at Look Voyages.

Florence Rivat's education history includes a Maîtrise degree in Business Law and Taxation from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) from 1995 to 2000. Florence also obtained a CEJI degree in European Law and International Law from the same university during the same period. In 2000 to 2001, they pursued a D.E.A in Comparative Law with a focus on Competition Law from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. More recently, in 2017 and 2018, they completed DU 1 and DU 2 Mediator courses respectively at Institut catholique de Paris.
