Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Evangelical Free Church of America (EFCA) is responsible for guiding the organization's strategic direction and ensuring alignment with its mission to glorify God by multiplying healthy churches among all people. Comprised of the President, EVP of Operations, and Executive Vice President of National Ministries, this team oversees national and international initiatives, supports church plants, and coordinates with nearly 550 missionaries serving in over 80 countries.
