Sheri Montgomery

Sheri Montgomery, SPHR has over 25 years of work experience in human resources and administration. Sheri is currently working as a Human Resources Consultant since July 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources & Administration at Evans & Chambers Technology, LLC starting from December 2017. In that role, they were responsible for strategic planning, human resources operations, employee relations, and legal compliance.

Before joining Evans & Chambers Technology, LLC, Sheri worked as a Human Resources Consultant/Contractor at Montgomery Solutions, Finance & Human Capital Consultants from June 2010 to December 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at Montgomery Solutions from January 2000 to January 2003, where they handled human resources duties and assisted with business operations.

Earlier in their career, Sheri served as an Operations Manager at Savant Corporation from January 1998 to January 2000, where they developed HR policies and procedures and managed internal resources and day-to-day operations.

Sheri started their professional journey as an Owner/Consultant at Creative Business Solutions from January 1993 to January 1998, where they provided general business operations management and development services to small businesses.

Sheri Montgomery, SPHR has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the New York Institute of Technology. Sheri also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2008. In addition to their degrees, Sheri has obtained two certifications: SHRM - Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in August 2014, and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2006.
