Alexis Barker

Alexis Barker (Butler) is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in conference services and event planning. Currently serving as Senior Conference Services Manager at Evans Hotels since March 2019, Alexis has played a key role at The Lodge at Torrey Pines, a 5-diamond rated property known for its scenic location. Prior to this, Alexis held various positions at Shade Hotel, including Corporate Service Coordinator after launching the first luxury boutique hotel in Redondo Beach. Previous roles also include experience as a Sales Representative at YMT Vacations and several positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts, contributing to high-quality guest experiences and operational excellence. Alexis holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from San Francisco State University.
