Vida Castaneda

Vida Castaneda has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Catering Service Manager at Evans Hotels since September 2022. Previously, Vida worked as a Store Manager at Starbucks (September 2018 - September 2022) and held various managerial roles in food and beverage at HEI Hotels & Resorts, Marriott International, and other prestigious establishments. Notable positions include Food and Beverage Manager at Costa Mesa Marriott and Assistant Restaurant Operations Manager at Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa. Early career experiences include a food and beverage internship at The St. Regis San Francisco and participation in the Disney College Program Internship at Disneyland Resort. Vida holds a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from San Diego State University and is currently pursuing Level One certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
