Fernando Gutierrez

Fernando Gutierrez has extensive experience in special education, serving in various roles such as Special Education Teacher, Case Manager, and Coordinator of Individualized Education Services. Fernando has worked in school districts such as Evanston/Skokie School District 65, Chicago Public Schools, and Milwaukee Public Schools. With a background in psychology and education, Fernando holds a Bachelor's Degree from UCLA, Master's Degrees from Loyola Marymount University, and University of Illinois Chicago, as well as an Associate's Degree from West Los Angeles College. Most recently, Fernando has been instrumental in developing and implementing inclusive education models and overseeing the implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans for students with disabilities.
