Paul Evison is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in kitchen management and executive roles. Currently serving as Executive Chef Manager at Impact Food Group since September 2021, Paul previously held the position of Sous Chef at Compass Group UK & Ireland from September 2017 to September 2021. Earlier roles include Unit Manager and Head Chef at Compass Group and Kitchen Manager at Mitchells & Butlers, along with various management positions at Daisy Day Ltd, Roach Foods, and Greene King. Paul’s educational background includes studies at North Herts College from 2008 to 2011 and the Centre for the Arts from 1996 to 1998, following earlier education at The Thomas Alleyne School from 1990 to 1996.
