Lachisa Barton

Lachisa Barton currently serves as the Family & Community Engagement Liaison for the Evanston/Skokie School District 65, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Lachisa had an extensive tenure at the City of Evanston as a Youth and Young Adult Outreach Worker, starting in June 2015, and previously worked as a Program Coordinator at Family Focus, Inc. from February 2005 to June 2015. Education includes an Associate's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from Eastern Gateway Community College, completed between 2019 and 2021, along with prior studies at Truman College from 1994 to 1997.
