Treasure Washington

Treasure Washington is an experienced sports journalist currently serving as a High School Sports Reporter for the Evansville Courier & Press since February 2022. Previously, Washington held the position of Sports Freelance Writer at The Advocate from May 2018 to January 2022, covering various prep and college sports in the New Orleans and Baton Rouge regions. Additional experience includes roles such as Researcher and Account Coordinator at Gilsbar, and Insurance Agent at Liberty National Life Insurance Company. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Louisiana State University.
