Jenny Collins

Jenny Collins, MPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Evansville Water and Sewer Utility since December 2011, where responsibilities include managing a $200 million budget and overseeing comprehensive financial statements. Prior to this role, Jenny held the position of City Controller for the City of Evansville from May 2006 to December 2011, focusing on municipal bonding and financial management. Jenny's career also includes experience as Finance Director at SMG and the City of Evansville, where duties ranged from budget preparation to financial oversight for multiple facilities and city departments. Jenny's early career includes a role as Senior Accounting Associate at GAF Materials Corporation. Academically, Jenny earned a Master's in Public Service Administration from the University of Evansville and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Jacksonville State University.
