David Hannan

David Hannan has over 28 years of experience in the legal field. David is currently serving as the Vice President and General Counsel at EVAPCO, Inc., a position they have held since May 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Constellation for 16 years as an Associate General Counsel. Before joining Constellation, they were a Partner at Hogan Lovells for seven years. David began their legal career as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP and Semmes, Bowen & Semmes.

David Hannan attended The Johns Hopkins University from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Following that, from 1988 to 1991, they pursued their Juris Doctor degree in Law at the University of Virginia School of Law.
