Erin O'Connor has a diverse range of work experience in the healthcare industry. ERIN began their career at CAN Community Health in 2012, where they held various roles such as Office Administrator, Billing/ Clinic Liaison, and Clinic Liaison. In these positions, Erin handled tasks such as patient assistance, scheduling, insurance verifications, referrals, and EMR/EHR management. ERIN also played a vital role in the implementation of new clinics, collaborating with team members and ensuring a smooth go-live process. In 2019, Erin joined Community Health Centers of Pinellas Inc. as a Patient Engagement Supervisor, and later transitioned to the role of Office Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Evara Health as a Customer Experience Specialist since 2022.

Erin O'Connor's education history includes various certifications and degrees in the field of health and healthcare administration. In 2004, they obtained their EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certification from Sponsors Hospital. In 2007, Erin received a Phlebotomy Certification from Keiser College. Lastly, in 2014-2015, they pursued a degree in Medical Billing from AAPC. In addition to their formal education, Erin recently obtained a certification called "The 10 Pillars of Customer Experience" from LinkedIn in October 2022.
