Kaileen Alston

Kaileen Alston is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Special Projects at Eva's Village since September 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with the CEO and other leaders to eliminate barriers to progress and address issues such as poverty and hunger. Additionally, Kaileen has been the Director of Christian Education at St. Paul's Church since 2009 and previously held the position of VP of Partnership Programs at MBE Capital Partners, LLC from January 2017 to September 2022, focusing on relationship building and facilitating opportunities. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Youth & Young Adult Ministries for the Episcopal Diocese of Newark from March 2004 to January 2017. Kaileen's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a degree in Communications and Afro-American Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
