Mohamed Elghazzali

Mohamed Elghazzali is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry with a substantial background in research and development. Since January 2015, Mohamed has been with Evatec AG, serving in various senior roles including R&D Manager Technology Development and Team Leader Technology Development, focusing on advanced packaging solutions. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Scientist at Oerlikon Balzers, where contributions were made to R&D in semiconductor technologies, and as a Process Development Engineer at Unaxis Holding, where expertise in IPVD Interconnect and thin film heads was honed.
