Mark Schefferling

Mark Schefferling has worked in various finance roles since 2006. Mark began their career as an Assistant at DSB, where they were responsible for the day-to-day administration of the department and worked on the department budget. In 2008, they moved to Kontron Technology A/S, where they worked as an Accounting Consultant, handling Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for the Intercompany section, as well as doing financial reporting for end of month reporting. In 2009, they moved to Statoil Refining Denmark A/S as an Accounts Payable Consultant. In 2012, they moved to Better Place Danmark A/S as an Accounting Assistant, where they were responsible for Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, VAT, Intrastat, G/L, and handling electricity invoices and surcharges. In 2013, they moved to the Danish Broadcasting Corp as an Internal VAT Consultant, where their work entailed handling VAT accounting for the company, as well as internal courses in VAT handling. In 2018, they moved to Orphazyme A/S as a Finance Assistant, where they were responsible for bookkeeping and accounting, as well as project work concerning the implementation of ERP. In 2020, they moved to Haldor Topsoe A/S as a Finance Professional. Most recently, in 2021, they moved to Evaxion Biotech A/S as a Senior Finance Professional.

Mark Schefferling attended Niels Brock from 2004 to 2006 and graduated with a degree in Office Assistant in the Clerical Trade field.
