Alexandra Toma has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Junior Credit Administrator at Volksbank Romania. In 2014, they worked as a Master Data Analyst at APT Resources & Services before moving on to Media Revolution Consulting, where they served as a Reporter/Editor Coordinator for nearly five years. In 2016, Alexandra joined British American Tobacco, initially working as an Order to Cash Analyst before transitioning to the role of Product Costing and Transfer Pricing Analyst. Alexandra'sfinal role at the company was as an NPI Deployment Executive Manager, where they coordinated the deployment of NPI projects and initiatives and provided accurate product costing and project justification. In 2020, they joined EVBox as an NPI Project Manager, responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams and optimizing supply chain processes. Alexandra then transitioned to the role of Program Manager & Master Data Team Lead, where they successfully managed complex projects and optimized data management processes. Currently, they hold the position of Automotive Program Manager at EVBox.

Alexandra Toma started their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from the University of Bucharest, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Security Studies - Information Analysis at the same university, from 2012 to 2014, focusing on Information Analysis and Security Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Toma has also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they received a certification in Pascal from the Ministerul Educatiei si Cercetarii. Subsequently, they acquired a Basic Accounting Certification from BPP in May 2017. In October 2018, they completed the NPI Academy Program offered by BAT and also obtained a certification in Project Management Fundamentals from NobleProg in the same month. Toma acquired the Workfront certification in February 2020. Furthermore, in July 2021, they obtained certifications in A3 Problem Solving for Continuous Improvement, Design Thinking: Understanding the Process, Developing Your Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Project Stakeholders, all from LinkedIn. Lastly, in July 2022, they completed the Connecting Track certification provided by Lepaya.
