Fabian Garcia has a diverse work experience that spans across multiple industries. Fabian began their career as a Brand Representative at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., where they gained experience in store operations and business improvement. Fabian later transitioned to the role of Assistant Operations Manager, where they further developed their leadership skills and worked on resolving operational issues in different store locations.

Fabian then moved to Tesla, where they worked as an Energy Specialist, promoting solar energy and securing energy consultations with prospects. Fabian was also a Customer Experience Specialist II, ensuring a memorable customer journey experience and achieving top sales performance in their market.

Following their time at Tesla, Fabian joined Peloton Interactive as a Product Specialist, where they established partnerships, drove marketing events, and increased foot traffic in showrooms. Fabian then moved on to Lyft, where they held various roles including Bilingual Community Associate, Global Operations Associate, and Launchpad Associate.
