Lana Kart

Lana Kart has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities.

Starting in 2002, Lana worked as a Concierge at Glen Club until 2004.

In 2005, they transitioned to Armada Resources, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition/HR Manager. In this role, they managed a team of three recruiters, oversaw the sourcing and recruiting process, and maintained relationships with employers and candidates. Lana held this position until 2015.

From 2015 to 2016, Lana worked at Armada Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Recruiting/HR Consultant. Lana led strategic full cycle recruiting for clients, implemented sourcing and retention strategies, managed a recruiting team, and provided workforce consultation to clients at all levels of leadership and management.

Moving on, starting in 2016, Lana joined Pharma Logistics as an HR Business Partner. Lana partnered with hiring managers in multiple business groups, managed recruitment, training, and career development practices, implemented innovative recruitment strategies, and coached managers on various HR processes. Lana held this position until 2020.

Currently, Lana is employed at EVBox since 2020. Lana started as an HR Business Partner and progressed to a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they serve as the Manager of HR Business Partners.

Lana Kart obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from DePaul University from 2002 to 2006. Lana then pursued a SHRM-CP Certification of Achievement in Human Resources Management and Services from Northern Illinois University in 2015. As an additional certification, Lana received their SHRM-CP from SHRM in May 2015.
