Matt Walters

Matt Walters has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Matt is currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Eve Air Mobility since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Mission Ventures from 2016 onwards. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the Silicon Valley Innovation Lead at Embraer. Matt also has experience as a Mentor at Gateway Incubator, where they mentored portfolio companies in scaling their businesses and improving the program. Matt has worked as an Advisor at Michelson Runway Accelerator and as a Managing Director at Runway. Matt also served as a Mentor at The Founder Institute and held roles as a Venture Partner and Principal at Ardent Capital. Additionally, Matt was the Co-Founder, Head of Business Development, and CFO at Topicmarks. Matt began their career as the Founding Co-Country Director for LifeGivingForce in Haiti, where they addressed the lack of clean drinking water through a community-based water filtration business.

Matt Walters earned their A.B. in Philosophy from Princeton University in 2001. Matt then pursued an MBA in Strategic Management at The Wharton School, becoming an MBA candidate from 2008 to 2010.
