Snow Shi

Snow Shi has a strong background in quality management and leadership roles. They are currently the Head of Group Quality at 惠州亿维锂能股份有限公司 since April 2023. Prior to this, Snow was the Head of Quality at 赛多科技 HoloMatic from July 2020 to July 2022. They also served as the Head of Global Quality at ofo from August 2017 to June 2020. Snow's experience includes working as the Director of Current Model Quality, Asia Pacific at Ford Motor Company from May 2012 to August 2017, and as the AP Quality manager, Electronic Controls Business Unit, Asia Pacific at Delphi from February 2010 to May 2012. They also held the position of China Quality Manager, Shanghai Lear Interior at Lear Corporation from September 2006 to March 2010 and Quality Assurance Manager, Sofima Automotive Filter Shanghai at UFI FILTERS SPA from September 2004 to September 2006.

Snow Shi has a diverse education history. Snow began their academic journey at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Material Engineering from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued further studies at Fudan University, earning a Master's degree in Fudan-BI MBA from 2007 to 2009. Snow later dived into executive education, attending Tsinghua University's Executive Director Education Program from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working towards a Doctor of Business Administration degree at Fudan University, which they started in 2017 and is expected to complete by 2022.
