Kristyn Deraffele

Kristyn DeRaffele serves as the Chief People Officer and VP of Wholesale Sales at Evelyn & Bobbie since November 2022, while also advising Rev.com until August 2024. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Rev.com, VP of Human Resources at Southwest Key Programs, and VP of People at ModSquad, Inc. Kristyn's extensive experience encompasses leadership positions at Stella & Dot and Indonesian Imports d/b/a The Sak, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, training, and organizational development. In addition to these roles, Kristyn has consulted for various organizations on strategic HR initiatives from 2012 to 2014. Educational qualifications include an MA in Organizational Development and Transformation from the California Institute of Integral Studies and a BA in Liberal Arts from Antioch University.
