Krishna Dheenadayalan started their career in technical support and quickly moved up the ranks to positions focusing on sales, onboarding, and customer success. They have worked at reputable companies like Zoho Corporation and CSS Corp, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills and initiative in optimizing processes and improving customer experience. Currently, at Even, Krishna holds the position of Head of Sales & Customer Success, leading efforts to build India's best health cover with a focus on prioritizing doctors and patients. With a background in technical support and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Krishna is now pursuing an MBA in Information Technology and Systems Management from NMIMS to further enhance their skill set.
