Lucas van'T Hof

Lucas van't Hof has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lucas started their career as a Financial Advisor at Rabobank in 1996 and worked in that role until 2004. Lucas then joined OCS Amsterdam, where they served as an Account Manager and Sales Manager from 2006 to 2008. In this position, they managed a sales team and contributed to the growth of the company. Lucas then took on the role of Account Manager and Office Manager at OCS Amsterdam from 2004 to 2006, where they successfully built up a profitable division and expanded the range of international logistic services. From 2008 to 2015, Lucas worked for Reed Business Media as an Account Manager and later as a Key Account Manager, focusing on international clients. Lucas joined B+B Vakmedianet in 2015 as a Key Account Manager, leading a team and managing global accounts. In 2018, Lucas joined Easyfairs Netherlands as the Head of Events - AGRI, responsible for managing agricultural and horticultural events. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Head of Cluster Agri & Horti, further expanding their responsibilities.

Lucas van't Hof completed a course in Strategic Account Management at the ISAM | Institute for Sales And Marketing in the year 2014. Prior to that, they attended Inholland University of Applied Sciences from 1993 to 1995, majoring in Small Business.
